Settlers of AlbionSettlers of Albion is a strategy game.
It's about colonizing faraway lands.
The objective is to build settlements and defend them.
You can upgrade settlements to gain victory points.
Reaching a certain amount of victory points wins the game.
1. Assemble the game board by connecting the terrain tiles to form a large hexagon.
2. Each player chooses a color and takes the corresponding set of buildings, resources, and settlers.
3. Place your starting settlement on any open intersection on the game board.
4. On your turn, you can perform one of the following actions:
- Build a road: Pay the resource cost and place a road segment on an open edge between two intersections.
- Build a settlement: Pay the resource cost and place a settlement on an open intersection adjacent to one of your roads.
- Build a city: Pay the resource cost and upgrade one of your settlements to a city.
- Harvest resources: Collect resources from the terrain tiles adjacent to your settlements.
- Trade resources: Trade resources with other players at a rate of 3:1 (you give 3 resources of one type to get 1 resource of another type).
5. The game ends when one player reaches 10 victory points.
- You can earn victory points by building settlements, cities, and roads, as well as by collecting certain resources.
