1. Select a banker to manage the money and properties.
2. Each player chooses a token and places it on the GO square.
3. The banker gives each player $1,500 in play money.
4. Shuffle the Chance and Community Chest cards and place them face down on their respective spaces.
5. The youngest player rolls the dice and moves their token clockwise around the board.
6. When a player lands on a property, they can buy it from the bank if it's available.
7. If a player lands on a property owned by another player, they must pay rent to that player.
8. If a player lands on a Chance or Community Chest space, they must draw a card and follow the instructions on the card.
9. If a player runs out of money, they can mortgage their properties to the bank for a loan.
10. The first player to reach $3,000 wins the game.
