Golf Solitaire is a challenging solo card game.
The aim is to clear all the cards by placing them in order and returning them to the pile until none remain.
It uses a regular 52-card deck, but the rules differ from regular Solitaire.
There is a tableau of seven piles with one card face up on each pile.
The remaining cards are placed in a stock pile.
The object of the game is to build each tableau pile down in suit from king to ace.
Aces are moved to the foundation piles as they become available.
Any face-up card can be moved to an empty tableau pile.
If there are no moves available, three cards are dealt from the stock pile to the waste pile.
The top card of the waste pile can be played on the tableau or foundation piles.
The game ends when all the cards are cleared from the tableau and waste piles, or when the stock pile is empty and no more moves are possible.

How to Play

1. Set up the game:
- Shuffle a deck of cards and deal 7 columns of cards face up, with the first column having 1 card, the second having 2 cards, and so on.
2. Place the remaining cards face down in the center to form the stock pile.
3. The objective of the game is to build four foundation piles, one for each suit (clubs, diamonds, hearts, and spades), starting with the Ace and ending with the King.
4. Gameplay:
- Flip the top card of the stock pile and place it face up on the discard pile.
- You can move exposed cards from the columns or the discard pile to build the foundation piles or to empty columns.
- To build the foundation piles, place a card on top of a foundation pile if it is one rank higher and of the same suit as the top card of the foundation pile.
- To empty a column, move all the cards from the column to the foundation piles or the discard pile, exposing the card beneath.
- You can also move cards between columns to create valid sequences, building down in alternating colors (red and black).
- When there are no more moves to be made, you can deal 3 more cards from the stock pile to the discard pile and continue playing.
5. Reshuffling:
- If the stock pile runs out of cards, you can reshuffle the discard pile and use it as the new stock pile.
- You can reshuffle the discard pile multiple times during the game if needed.
6. Scoring:
- The goal is to reach the top of the foundation piles as quickly as possible.
- Each card you move to a foundation pile scores one point.
- The first player to reach the top of all four foundation piles wins the game.
